We had heard and read that it was a refined cuisine but we were rather disappointed: it is simple dishes, without large kitchen, without different details. Only wine (a riesling of 2011) was delicious, as well as velvet with chestnuts. Business menus were simple, good but we wait for more than one restaurant that has been refined and upscale. A very good meal, excellent tips on wine that rediscover the Alsatian wines differently. team and attentive leader. Very nice evening.
