Four Seas - Barnstable
Four Seas
Description
Four Seas Ice Cream has been a cherished stop for families enjoying time on Cape Cod, yet it appears to be experiencing a decline in quality. While some patrons rave about the nostalgic ambiance and friendly service, others have reported disappointingly small portions and lackluster flavors, particularly with their iconic Black Raspberry and Mint Chocolate Chip. Despite a selection of artisanal options, inconsistencies in flavor intensity and texture have left some customers unsatisfied. However, the shop maintains a loyal following, with many eager to return for a chance to sample seasonal delights amidst the charming decor.

First time visiting the area and was told to visit this iconic spot. The crowd was big and the lines were long. The environment was linda better than the ice cream.
Outstanding ice cream always went before or after going to Craigville Beach ️. It's my definite go to place for great food and ice cream. The owners are Fantastic. I,m sorry to hear on the latest news their selling this fine place. Ill miss this spot. It was perfect going there having awesome Fantastic ice cream on a summer day. I wish you the very best for your future. Thanks so much for your devotion and great smile from all employees. All the Best Robert from the Foxboro area. ️ Great memories. Going to Craigville Beach won't be the same.
Ice cream made at this location for decades. Delicious and creamy. The shop is open seasonally and has an old-school feel. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Be prepared to wait in line to get in at the height of the season.
Whipped cream immediately hard and curdled. Prices ridiculous $8 for a one scoop sundae? Ice cream melted while still in shop disgusting! Extremely crowded poorly designed setup for how many customers they had. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
