I w... read more While staying in the area, I received a recommendation to try out the Old George restaurant. I decided to have the George Breakfast along with a cappuccino. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

Ambience was good throughout.

Hollandaise sauce had not this powdery quality that they get in bag, so was made clear right and from ground up. bacon was thick cut and nicely lubricated. cooked, but still runny. peach icy limonade was refreshing and tasty. I saw others coming and it looked amazing. wraps are huge to see. I think a package will be my selection at my next visit. we look forward to the return.

They provided a high chair for my... read more Went today with my sister and my 1 year old nephew, we had a mocha, iced coffee, baby hot chocolate and 2 buns, all were fab. They provided a high chair for my nephew and seemed quite child friendly, also noticed a jar of dog treats on the counter so assume it is dog friendly too. Lovely place to go for a little treat.

I asked if they could prepare the food to... read more Already a somewhat regular customer but came in, made an order and got a phone call that meant I had to leave quickly. I asked if they could prepare the food to go instead and they were extremely accommodating, sorting it quickly and providing delicious food in a short time frame. I was very impressed by their friendliness, quick service and understanding to an awkward request from the customer. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!
