The food was Average, but it was expensive and the portion size was miniscule, I had to cook another meal after i finished the one I got from Sami's. I couldn't believe how small the portion of meat was when I took it out of the container. Being nickle and dimed for every single add on like sauces should have been a warning. Edit: Just to clarify I did indeed purchase Adult size meals. View all feedback.
The service is very slow. The chicken soup and kneidlach were tasty and the portions generous. But the main course was dreadful. Meat was not hot, just warm, and overcooked. If coming here stick to salads. The restaurant is also very noisy so hard to have a conversation. There are many other local kosher restaurants nearby much better than this.
RACIST! WATCH OUT!!! I order on deliveroo falafel in lafda for £6 very frequently from samis. However today i went into the shop and ordered 3 falafels in laffa and was charged £21! I think it was because of my skin colour, because they could tell i wasnt jewish and not part of their culture. I felt very taken advantage of NOT NICE! :
The food was excellent, although there was a bit of a wait. However, the generous portions and delicious flavors made it worth it.
