I would give this restaurant a zero rating if I could. I sustained an injury from one of their chairs and asked for an ice pack, but they refused, claiming they didn't have a first aid kit. They were extremely rude and only offered a plaster for my swelling finger. They also got my order wrong, but I didn't feel comfortable complaining due to their unapproachable attitude about my injury. Despite emailing them twice, I never received a response from the manager. When I finally spoke to the manager over the phone, he rudely dismissed me, saying he would reply to my emails and then hung up. This poor customer service and lack of basic first aid support has me questioning if this restaurant is fit to operate. I advise avoiding this establishment at all costs.
My colleague and I randomly chose Pita, and it turned out to be the best decision after a workshop in London. The food was incredibly delicious. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem! Keep up the good work.
We were looking for a brunch spot in the area and after doing some research on Tripadvisor, we decided to try out Pita. We were glad we did. I ordered the sabich meal, which came with a choice of sides and either chips or rice. My friend ordered the hummus falafel. Both dishes were delicious and served promptly despite the busy crowd. We also had two cardamom coffees, and the total bill came to £27 before service charge. This was great value compared to other similar restaurants. The portion sizes were generous and the meals were very filling. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.
I've only had felafel in pita here and it's the best felafel I've ever tasted. The extra bits on the counter that you can help yourself to, are a wonderful bonus. Staff are friendly. I go in whenever I'm in the area.
I ordered a lamb kebab which turned out to be cheap minced lamb patties, a large serving but not delicious chunks of barbecued lamb. The shawarma turned out to be beef. The chips were drenched in oil, soggy and lukewarm. The service was acceptable. The chicken soup was an affront to the eponymous soup. A very big and overpriced disappointment .
