No smiles,... read more This was honestly the first time in my life where I felt like I wasn’t talking to actual people, but zombies. The staff at this branch were just off. No smiles, no warmth, just really strong, almost uncomfortable eye contact, like they were staring straight through me. I came in to pick up my food and asked for some sauce, and one of them responded by sarcastically pointing toward the corner of the store. No words, no explanation just this passive aggressive, almost demeaning gesture, like I was supposed to already know where everything was, even though it was my first time ever in the place. The whole interaction felt cold, awkward, and super weird. Going to stick to the Colindale or Stanmore branch from now. Atmosphere: 1

All the staff go out their way to make the visit flawless! Delivery is also great, never had a bad one.

The staff was attentive, the establishment was clean, and they offer all the typical Nando's menu options. The only disappointment was the size of the chicken. It seems to be a common issue, but these chickens are incredibly small.
