Unfortunately, the floor and counters... read more I reluctantly went to this restaurant for a takeaway, as I had a bad experience there before but hoped they had improved. Unfortunately, the floor and counters were covered in food, creating a potential safety hazard. When I brought this to the attention of a rude employee, she dismissively said she hadn't had time to clean. The food itself was also disappointing - tasteless okra soup, overcooked meat, and dry egusi soup that seemed old. The portion of plantains was also lacking. My family described the food as "disgusting." The lack of hygiene, rude staff, and poor quality of the food have made me decide to never return. It's clear that this restaurant is poorly managed and lacks care in its preparation. We will not be coming back. Terrible experience.

Normally, I would go to Lekki Kitchen, which is just around the corner. However, I was very disappointed by the attitude of the young girl who served me. She was incredibly rude, taking her time to respond to my questions, and even had the audacity to listen to music on her phone instead of giving me my change properly. It was an unbelievable experience. The food was also just average. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Get... read more Please deep clean your toilet, put your food safety result out (I found you got 2/5, is that why you could not display it? and put the price list board up. Get proper uniform for servers, and having someone by the food with uncovered moustache is not good for food hygiene. I would have given 1, but gave 2 because the food on its own was very delicious, but the food is not just service, it should the total package of hygiene, cleanliness and transparency.

I was enjoying my meal when I suddenly found something v... read more I purchased takeout from this restaurant last Sunday, October 18th. I ordered efo riro and pounded yam. I was enjoying my meal when I suddenly found something very soft and squishy in my mouth. Upon further examination, I discovered it was a piece of Shaki that had already been partially eaten, with teeth marks from the previous customer. I was extremely disgusted. After this experience, I will not be ordering from Mama Cass again.
