Visited with a friend for lunch. Nice and quiet, good catch up with friends. Quality food and friendly staff. Will go back again soon. Thank you!
Sashimi consisted of thin, irregular pieces hacked roughly off a salmon that didn't taste too fresh. Inside out rolls falling apart. We used to get takeaways from here regularly but sadly we'll be moving on unless we hear they get better qualified and trained staff. Not what it was.
Rice is too hard and prawns are small. Not worth a money, they used to be very friendly but now I’ve ordered over the telephone and they made a mistake with my order twice. The rice should be cooked in regular bases not make on the morning and left so they become hard and tasteless. Hardly any vinegar in rice. This is not sushi rice. Just rolled rice ball. It shows that the chef is not thought how to make proper sushi. Never buy again.
I have been buying sushi and sashimi from this shop from nearly a decade. Always very good quality fresh fish.
