Royal Lahore Qasr offers a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Pakistani and Indian cuisine, with a range of experiences reported by diners. Some patrons have praised the generous portion sizes and authentic flavors, particularly enjoying dishes like lamb nihari and palak ghost. Many have remarked on the warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by attentive service. However, not all experiences have been positive, with instances of poorly prepared food and inadequate customer service emerging. Despite mixed reviews, the venue remains a notable spot in West Hendon for those seeking hearty, flavorful meals at reasonable prices.

My family and I went to Royal Lahore and had a fantastic meal with exceptional and attentive service from the staff. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and very well maintained.

I recently ordered from this restaurant by myself, after having eaten here with my family before. The Pilau rice and butter chicken were not great, and the samosas were a bit greasy. However, it could just be a one-time occurrence, as I have ordered from here before and had a good experience.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and absolutely loved it. The food felt like authentic Indian cuisine, which can be hard to come by in Britain. I highly recommend this restaurant. 5 stars!

Visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday with 25 other people. It was a Buffett for Iftar (breaking of fast). Every single one of us was horrified by the quality of the food. Meat was raw, biryani was clearly reheated from several days before...and had a smell, food was generally bland, and the only thing that was edible was the daal. The fact that people had been fasting for 19 hours and still didn't want to eat the food says a lot. Even the kids (aged 3-5) refused to eat the chicken nuggets because they were disgusting. I asked for the manager, and when I told him that the food was not good and seemed several days old, he became aggressive and I had to tell him that I wasn't looking for a fight. As a paying customer and party of 25 I had the right to express my displeasure. The waiter also came to our table and gave us a lecture. They didn't seem to want to fix the problem. Definitely NEVER going there again. Just go to Aladdin Kebabish which is two shops down. This place is selling horrible food, packing it as Pakistani cuisine. This is NOT Pakistani food. Considering no one really ate anything, they didn't even offer to give us a discount, or something half decent on the house. Paid in full for 26 empty stomachs.
