I've been a loyal customer for years, but recently I've had three disappointing experiences in a row. The pizza has been greasy and unappetizing, they forgot my garlic knots, the calzone was burnt, and even the grandma cake was overcooked. I placed an online order today and was charged full amount. they claimed it was never received. i went in to show them my bank statement and text confirmation and they refused to refund or make order and claimed i must’ve placed it at wrong place when i order from here multiple times a week. beware when online ordering. Food: 4 Service: 1
I’ve been coming here for years service has went down the drain I was eating dinner at 8:30 pm and place didn’t close to 10 pm. The guy was mopping with ammonia while I was eating my dinner. I was coughing non stop and couldn’t breathe I said something and guy made a smirk at me. I walked out I will no longer be going to Naples Service: 1
