You should... read more Gotel Praga is a small hotel located in Barnaul. The staff is affable, breakfast meals are pretty average and must be ordered in the evening before. You should ask the receptionist to clean the room if you need to. Air conditioners are only in luxury suits; there are only fans in all other rooms. Moreover you cannot switch off heating in the bathroom, so you room becomes a sauna on a hot summer day.
