This is a real find, with food on a different level to most other restaurants in the area. Virginie Martinetti is the owner and chef, and produces a small, changing menu, with 4 options for each course. One measure for me is that I could have eaten 3 different meals from the menu and enjoyed it! I had the foie gras profiterole which was delicious but also a lovely visual pun, and then pork with orange zest and an orange marmalade. Both dishes brought something new to the palate. From the menu, I think that the style is a bit of oriental fusion and a twist on well known dishes. Very unusual in a small restaurant in a small, quite well touristed town. We had the red and rose house carafes which were good. Do give it a go! Agree with some earlier comments that the food comes when it is ready - I think there may be some help with the prep now, as we didn't wait long, and the restaurant was full.

We were a family of two adults, a teenager and an 8 year old. All of the dishes were delicious. The menu changes frequently so I'm not sure telling you about our dishes is very helpful apart from to say the flavours were unusual and delicious. Our children didn't love every dish and they were being forced to try new flavours, but we really enjoyed finishing anything they left. Be prepared though, different dishes come at different times - one person can be nearly finished before the other people's food arrives. The service was a little random; we had to ask for our water again and the waitress didn't really do the dishes justice when she described them. The atmosphere, food and chef were lovely though and we had an excellent meal!
