El restaurante Carlos III destaca por su originalidad y su buena comida. Aquí tienes la posibilidad de comer en unas mesas situadas dentro de unas grandes cubas de vino habilitadas para tal fin. La calidad de la comida es buenísima tanto en carne como en pescado. Se puede comer a la carta o de menú, el menú individual cuesta 22 euros y tienen dos menús para compartir, uno de entrantes y arroz con bogavante por 50 euros para dos personas con vino y postre incluido y otro de chuletón con entrantes, vino y postre para dos por 55 euros. Todo buenísimo.
Una de las especialidades de este restaurante son las paellas. Sin embargo, las sirven hechas con arroz vaporizado... Nunca he comido una paella tan mala en mi vida. Se lo hicimos saber al camarero que nos atendió y estamos seguros de que este restaurante volverá a recuperar la fama que alguna vez tuvo.
