Small restaurant in Barèges in the high Pyrenees Flavour explosions. A fine and delicate kitchen where the sweet salt is mixed. It’s a treat, even the expresso has a particular flavor. Very good restaurant with a warm welcome and high quality dishes. everything was appreciated with remarkable plates. small plus: very good advice for wines and a quiet room: although 8 at table with a full restaurant, we could discuss nicely from one end to the other of the table without talking loud. I highly recommend this restaurant.
