Be cautious with your bank statements when dealing with this establishment. Their receipt machine is out of order, and they seem indifferent to the issue.

I visited the restaurant today and found only one staff member on duty. Nevertheless, the food was fantastic—the fries were hot, and the burger was delicious. She maintained a wonderful attitude and handled the pressure exceptionally well!

Food is always cold and the drinks always taste like the machine needs to be changed. The line is always wrapped around the building because the service is so slow. And the hours listed say they are open until 3am yet they wouldn’t take our order and closed at 11:30 on a Saturday.

They gave us the wrong food and it took forever to get my replacement food!!!!

I ordered using the app. Upon arrival I parked in the designated area for Wendy 's App orders . This area is in direct sight of person working drive through. I sat there 15 minutes then went and knocked on side door. Nothing. Then I walked up to the lady at the drive through window. She said you have to go through drive through to get your order. I said I 've been sitting here 20 minutes now, and you could see me, that would have been nice to know. I get in the drive through, tell her I have an order through the app, took her awhile to come back and she says, when did you order it? I said by now, it 's been at least 40 minutes. They actually find my food and it was right.In BARDSTOWN, THE APP DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME.
