The line is always wrapped around the building because the service is so slow. And the hours listed say they are open until 3am yet they wouldn’t take our order and closed at 11:30 on a Saturday.

I... read more I ordered using the app. Upon arrival I parked in the designated area for Wendy 's App orders . This area is in direct sight of person working drive through. I sat there 15 minutes then went and knocked on side door. Nothing. Then I walked up to the lady at the drive through window. She said you have to go through drive through to get your order. I said I 've been sitting here 20 minutes now, and you could see me, that would have been nice to know. I get in the drive through, tell her I have an order through the app, took her awhile to come back and she says, when did you order it? I said by now, it 's been at least 40 minutes. They actually find my food and it was right.In BARDSTOWN, THE APP DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME.
