I know the chief of my parents who lived in Bardigues since his very beginnings with the Auberge de Bardigues and mtn with the Iris coffee. It's so good, creative and super well presented. I came there with my parents and mtn it's my children who propose to go qd we're coming. I'm in Brittany that's to say the kitchen is great. However I only put 4 stars pcq this time there was a small couac: we had taken the surprise menu 4 time and we had the cheese after dessert. This says cheese, it was a goat ice cream!!! Delicious and very original!! So coffee offered to the 3/4 forgiven. The staff is very nice However I regret Fabien
