Et comme une madeleine de Proust l'envie de retrouver cette excellente table peut être mal appréciée lors de nos vingt ans. Excellentissime , des préparations originales comme nous les aimons avec des produits terroir comme nous les apprécions. du décline de foie gras jusqu'au dessert ce fut une très belle découverte . Un restaurant qui mérite son titre de gastronomique s'il ne l'a pas . N'oublions pas au passage la présence discrète et Efficace des personnels . Un sans faute et une très bonne soirée . Depuis nous conseillons à tous nos amis qui vont au Pays basque , en soule surtout de ne pas rater ce rendez vous gastronomique.

Assez déçu de l ensemble repas en terrasse énormément de mouches menu du jour chaque plat est trop copieux mais pas de recherche .de bons produits mal harmonisé... read more Assez déçu de l ensemble repas en terrasse énormément de mouches menu du jour chaque plat est trop copieux mais pas de recherche .de bons produits mal harmonisées avec un résultat très moyen .une bonne note pour le dessert harmonie entre le croquant et le fondant .l établissement aurait besoin d un bon coup de remise en état volige du toit sur la terasse détruit bâches bleues sur le toit de la véranda transat sièges et table dans le jardin en piteux état.dommage

Très bonne cuisine, raffinée qui nous ravie les papilles... read more Dans un cadre très agréable, un restaurant localement très connu qui n'a pas failli avec sa réputation. Très bonne cuisine, raffinée qui nous ravie les papilles. Prix très raisonnables pour des plats cuisinés avec des produits frais et locaux. Service de qualité avec, cerise sur le gâteau, la visite du chef en personne à la fin du repas.

I felt remarkably dressed in tee shirt and shorts and she gave no second look. We sat in remarkable surroundings, with first class silver service. The food was prepared and presented at Michelin Star level. I can't recommend enough.

We chose from the excellent set menu and I had a lovely Hare dish from the specials. Terrines and duck all very tasty. Reasonably priced too for fine dining.

Ham cheese of the region and wonderful selection of teas or coffee. Only that makes the day a happy start. The restaurant is to die, an absolute must to eat there! This was a surprising stop on our road trip so we enjoy our journey back on the way to stay a second time. The region Ther is wonderful for walking and cycling. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

I had the turbot which was a generous portion, with a pleasant sauce well cooked delicate green vegetables. it was nice but not amazing and not worth 32 euros. My husband agreed. He had the lamb .... again nice enough but not stellar. It’s a shame as the restaurant is lovely and the chef is clearly good, it’s just overpriced especially relative to other restaurants in the area.
