A stay at the renowned Chilo guesthouse, whose reputation is well-deserved and established. A warm and authentic place with exceptional cuisine. All this in the verdant setting of the Soule countryside. Perfect!

A very warm welcome in a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained setting! If you're looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend this place! The staff is very pleasant. The various dishes are excellent. The owner is very lovely.
Dinner at the restaurant on the evening of April 10th. The €59 set menu was excellent; it was absolutely delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the morels—oh my goodness! The service was also impeccable, from Mrs. Chilo (mother), her daughter, and the third waitress. Thank you for this wonderful experience! We had a pleasant and friendly chat with Mr. and Mrs. Chilo (father and son) at the end of our meal. A big thank you and well done to the entire team! We look forward to returning (very soon). A classic French looking idyllic hotel restaurant in barcus. it is located in a beautiful village under the rolling foothills of the Pyrenees, which was an absolutely stunning location! peaceful and juicy. eating in chez chilo was excellent. the dessert is also a must! we had the set menu and tried the big local wein. it was an elegant atmosphere and the personal was friendly. the room was able with a small upgrade and that was the only thing that was a little basic. although the hotel is on the street, it was not loud at all. it was a very quiet village and beautiful, wake up to sing sweet bird in the morning! the French breakfast was good.
I can't believe we were thrown out of the restaurant. who is a teufel is the madame chilo? it is just because you man is a good cook that they can choose arrogant, who eat in the restaurant or not. we made a reservation, but we were told that we were too late at the arrival! the opposite, when she agreed, it was good if we first call hours! that madame chilo said that the restaurant in the regular closed and made a withdrawal for us to be there, with us were round because the journey for minutes along the mountain road, only to be released at the arrival. An absolutely charming hotel with an breakfast of homemade jams yogurts chocolate pudding or obstpudding. Ham cheese of the region and wonderful selection of tees or coffee. only that makes the day a happy start. the restaurant is to die, an absolute...must eat there! this was a surprise stop on our road trip, so that we turn our trip back on the way to stay a second time. the region ther is wonderful for walks and bike tours. many thanks for their wonderful hospitality!
