The view was amazing and the... read more This restaurant was the only place open in the entire town so we were lucky they accommodated us with our dog outside on the patio. The view was amazing and the service was friendly. I had the veal cheeks which had good flavor but many of the pieces had a ton of fat which added up to half of the portion of meat. My mom had the spinach and ricotta ravioli and enjoyed it. My dad had the mixed plate and enjoyed it but nothing was exceptional. The food took a while to come out even though there were only 2 other tables there.

We sat on the balcony with stunning views of the... read more The views of the lake will take your breath away. We were fortunate to find this restaurant in the Hotel Celis. We sat on the balcony with stunning views of the lake. The menu selection had something for everyone. They didn't have too many gluten-free or lactose-free selections for my friend, but, she was able to find a delicious meal. I ordered the beef cheeks in wine sauce with onion jam and polenta. Oh, was that amazingly good. It's a filling meal for lunch, but, I had to try it and I'm glad I did. My husband had the grilled lamb chops and he had about 5-7 chops! He gave me a small piece and it melted in my mouth. Our friend had the grilled meat platter filled with sausages, chicken, steak and other goodies. We found out that they use cheese, meats, and vegetables from the local area. It was a good thing that we enjoyed the views during water and wine because when the food came, we couldn't stop eating! Prices were so reasonable. The lamb was 13 euros, my beef cheeks were 12 euro and the mixed grill was 10 euro. This amazing meal with romantic views of the lake was an amazing deal!
