Antica Osteria La Molassa - Barcis

A magical place hidden in the mountains near a cave, full of plants and food characteristic of the place, professionalism and kindness without counting the pure air that you breathe, recommend this restaurant to all, absolutely to visit.

Menù molto ricco e vario, ampia scelta di cose buonissime. Cibo eccellente. Gnocchi fatti in casa, lasagna... Tutto strepitoso. Ma soprattutto la location è incredibile. Siamo nel bosco. La terrazza è nel verde, tra gli alberi con sottofondo di torrenti...Una meraviglia della natura. Il personale è gentilissimo e simpatico. Straconsiglio. Esperienza unica. Prezzi anche onesti e locale pet friendly

Posto fantastico! Incastonato in mezzo alle rocce con il torrente Molassa che scorre sotto a grandi profondità. L’ambiente è veramente meraviglioso. Non abbiamo pranzato qui ma ci siamo limitati a trascorrere una mezz’oretta in assoluto relax ad una temperatura perfetta. Gentilissimi gestori. La prossima volta torneremo per degustare le specialità. Che tra l’altro non sembrano per niente male!

The place was a recommendation. Only problem the owner does not seem to like kids or younger couples. He refused us entry with a completely strange Reasoning. We were 8 people, 5 of which kids, the place was completely empty and he argued that inside we would be too loud and if he placed us outside and it would start to rain it would be too much effort to place dishes inside. Very strange. After us came two couple of elderly people whom he gladly greeted and seated outside. Too bad.

We were disappointed because the service was really poor, the owner was rude to customers and the waiters, raising his voice. i do not think that is appropriated in a restaurant full of people. the food was okay, the waiting for the food was really long, we were there for over 3 hours and had only appetizers and one entry each. long wait.
