When I arrived and I saw it was another one, I was disappointed. I opened the very skeptic letter. But what a surprise! We ask for several dishes to share and serve them to so minds. everything very well, carefully in detail. excellent attention. we will also try a cocktail full of experience. We'll repeat it.

The service was excellent and every dish and cocktail that served us, knew exactly how they explained it to us. The place has a lot of charm. We'll be back!

Service was friendly, professional and very helpful and the setting is sim... read more Tucked away in the Gothic Quarter, the Contraban is a gem of a restaurant in a hotel. Service was friendly, professional and very helpful and the setting is simply gorgeous. We opted for the tasting menu (table of 4) and while all of various offerings were delicious, none of them really stood out like they did at different Michelin mentioned restaurants in Barcelona. Would definitely recommend for the service and ambience but would suggest ordering off the menu vs. doing the tasting.
