Japanese cuisine kaiseki , with the cooks working quietly in sight . it was like a sigilous and precise dance that came out careful gastronomic presentations of an elegant and minimal beauty. flavors of the Japanese cuisine with peanut to Mediterranean products. a necessary experience for those who come to eat well. a pleasure

I advise you to spend time and book at the moment even if they make you wait an hour and a half. around the shunka, joto behind the cathedral, there are a million bars perfect to make time with a beer while for an hour you imagine salivating all the delights you will eat.

The rice in the rolls was noticeably off—it wasn’t cooked properly and the rolls fell apart at the slightest touch of chopsticks. While the sashimi was fresh, the cuts were thicker than what I’m used to at high-end sushi spots, which affected the overall texture and balance. That said, the service was excellent. Our server (wish I got her name) was warm, attentive, and definitely the highlight of the visit. Perhaps the lunch service differs from dinner, so it might be worth trying again in the evening. I did order a drink and a couple of nigiri but menu seemed lacking. I was told they can do anything but it wasn’t helpful. I had the tuna and eel, the eel was amazing, tuna average. Really it was the lack of service that let this place down and prices are not great. $20 euro or close to $35 AUD for a beer and two bits of sushi. Meh! I moved on pretty quick.
