The foo... read more I came here with my mum and it was absolutely magical! The decoration is incredible, the Harry Potter decor was bringing me back to my childhood dreams! The food was lovely, we had a piece of carrot cake each and it was really good. We asked for tea and it was delivered in these lovely tea pots. There were lots of families there, they seem to have lots of children friendly games and setting. It’s the perfect place to stop for a piece of cake and a tea or just for a study break. I saw they had a library part upstairs and I will definitely come back to do some revision!

We co... read more We came at 6:30pm and there was a long queue but we decided to wait. The waiting time ended up being of 1 hour and 20 minutes outside in the cold weather. We could observe several people inside, sitting down occupying the table without consuming anything. The waitresses weren’t pushing people to consume or leave, despite the line outside was getting bigger and bigger. However, we wanted to judge the place by our own experience, but once inside, the service was horrible as well. Staff was quite rude and very careless. Food and drinks were just fine but nothing worth the long waiting. Definitely, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! It’s just not worth your time! :
