I always think if somewhere in a city like Barcelona is liked by local people then you cannot go far wrong. The O'tubo restaurant is clearly loved by the locals for a reason.

Menu del dia around 13 Euros was the most popular amongst the locals but I opted for a nice Chelton steak served with fries,mushrooms and spicy peppers and water all for 24 Euro
