I saw the letter and it seemed very interesting so I decided to go in and see if it was a place, since it is of that kind of restaurants you have to make reservations before you find a place. for my good luck they accepted me and gave me a table in a very cozy living room. the service since I got here until I got out couldn't be better, they offered me an unbeatable attention, and surely the best of the catalua. from the entrance ped a whiskey on the rocks, just as they generously served me, and they left the bottle near to fill the glass immediately if I wished, and I will say, that the least good of the dinner was the black label that ped at the beginning. They offered me 3 different types of bread with a sauce and butter made in a phenomenal house, offered me the letter and immediately the maitre made me a series of recommendations, which I thought could not be better. I put in the hands of the maitre and the order as the first time a thousand leaves of green apple, foie gras and smoked eel (I would not have asked for it because it doesn't sound so appetizing, but I thank the maitre insisti but before they offered me 3 extra tapas of extraordinary tasting, then as the second a single piece of veal with terrina potato, ibrico bacon, all this accompanied at the end,
Amazing experience. the best caviar, cod, pychón and desserts.
Unique and unforgettable experience the tasting menu is brutal all the exquisite dishes the excellent service, advised by joan carles ibáñez and antonio coelho all a success, all the treatment of excellent staff.
A very unfavourable price/benefit ratio. yes, the food is good, of course, but there is no unforgettable experience. In fact, considering the price of the meno, it has been an unsatisfactory experience.
We were on Thursday taking all very rich tasting menu
