It was a great little find and well worth the visit i... read more I booked a table here after a quick Google search for a fine dining restaurant and stumbled upon L'Origen. It was a great little find and well worth the visit if you are slightly out of the centre of Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, professionally presenting each dish. The food itself was exquisite and very well presented. All the wine pairings were perfect and definitely enhanced the experience. Only slight complaint was the decor, which although was warm and tidy, perhaps lacked character. I wholeheartedly recommend L'Origen in any case.

Heavenly foie gras with apple vanilla, pulled pork topped with langoustine followed by everything choc for desert! An innovative menu accompanied by some lovely red wine recommended by our knowledgeable and courteous host made our evening very special. Will return any day…..delicious !
