I told the lady that I want the cold coffee which is the first thing on the menu which I was trying to tell her, but she broke me off saying you need to tell me... read more I told the lady that I want the cold coffee which is the first thing on the menu which I was trying to tell her, but she broke me off saying you need to tell me which coffee. I kept trying to say the first thing on the menu but she kept breaking me off asking which one. I don 't know how to tell her more since the name is just coffee. If I wasn 't trying to hold my temper I would 've yelled at her to listen to me properly. She even asked my companion whether they speak English or not, but I was the one speaking perfect English and she just doesn 't listen to me and kept breaking me off mid-sentence. I don 't know what 's wrong with her, maybe she was having a bad day I dunno? But I don 't care and she shouldn 't take it to her customers. Worst experience ever at a Dunkin 's.

More business for them with employees like her working here!
