We visited this restaurant and had a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and has a very homey, almost family-style feel, making it perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a more lively evening. The staff was friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. They helped us with our choices and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole time. The service was smooth and well-paced. As for the food, we kept it pretty simple — my friend had a paella and I went for a sandwich — but everything was good and satisfying. What really made the difference, though, was the kindness of the staff. I asked about the story behind a painting related to Catalonia, and they took the time to explain it to me with genuine enthusiasm. It’s a small detail, but it made the experience feel much more personal and memorable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy good food in a comfortable, welcoming, and down-to-earth setting with truly thoughtful service.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place. We had a really unpleasant experience that felt like a classic tourist trap situation. We ordered paella listed at 22€ and explicitly asked (loud and clear) if that price was for two people. The staff (owner as we understood) confirmed that it was. So we ordered based on that. When the bill came, we were charged for two portions (per person). When we questioned it, the response was basically: “maybe you misunderstood” or “maybe I misunderstood.” That’s not a misunderstanding, that’s misleading your customers. On top of that, the service was far from “friendly”: we waited about 15 minutes just to get attention, and then another 15 minutes just to pay The problem is not about the money, it’s about the fact that customers are being openly misled. Please avoid this place.

We read many reviews about this place and really wanted to visit it. We had the Valencian paella with wine. It was very tasty and worth the 30-minute wait. The staff was very friendly. The place is small, charming, and not noisy – ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and delicious dinner! Highly recommended! Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

A friend recommended this lovely restaurant to us, since we wanted to eat a good Paella in Barcellona and let me tell you that it was so delicious

Wow, I couldn't be more disappointed from a restaurant. The potatoes had some sort of cottage cheese/ketchup looking topping. The presentation looked awful and the potatoes were stale. The sauce was a spicy aioli which really doesn't belong on a fried potato. These are not potatoes that should be served in any restaurant. When fried food is bad, that really says it all. We ordered a salad and it was just a regular boring tuna salad. Even the olives on top of this concoction were low quality. Salad was neither healthy nor delicious. This restaurant seems to be trying some new kind of food, but it's neither new and exciting nor is it a new twist of a classic. Just confusing. We also had the paella. It was rice with 6 pieces of shrimp on top. The shrimp was tender. None of us were impressed with our first paella in Spain. We will try again somewhere else. We are hopeful...
