They have automated most things that are typically handled by staff so it can be hard to get in touch to get with the reception. It almost seemed like the place was run by a ghost : this can be problem if you need to ask something. But it's a good hotel. I'd go there again!

Beautiful... read more Occupies first floor of an old building on one of Barcelona's main boulevards. No lift and a long climb, the only reason this doesn't get five stars. Beautiful room, perfectly laid out. We were lucky to have a balcony on the main road but there was no noise when the door was closed. Helpful friendly staff who always had a smile
