If you love Keto, you MUST try The Nut and Cranny! It is the 'Go To ' place for all things keto. Highly recommend.

Yes, the ketogenic thing is super trendy right now, but it's soooo tricky to find desserts that I can have. And the ones at The Nut and Cranny are GOOD. Like, their blueberry muffin is genuinely better than a regular blueberry muffin. Some of the fat bombs (and they have so many flavors, it's phenomenal) aren't very shelf stable and a little messy, but I don't have that issue with my 2 favorite flavors: the Maple Pecan and the Snickerdoodle. They also have keto friendly bread- and yeah, you can make your own and it's not THAT big of a deal, but being able to just buy a little loaf for sandwiches and whatnot is really great. And the bagels!!! So good!
My visit this morning was EXCELLENT. Very impressed with John, who gave me an overview of the store. I will be back.
Odd set up but, fantastic welcoming service. Staff was eager to show us around and explain their products. Prices are exactly what you would expect to pay for healthy snacks. Fat bombs were exceptional.
