Oh, my word. this chipotle could not deteriorate. multip times I am here and she? ve was missing several articles. they are? ve had not bee, guacamole, salat, serviettes, sour cream, knives, chips, forks, the list goes on and on. as a result? to lose the customers. it is absolutely restless. this place creates search for a bad call for chipotle. chipotle.
I ordered the new garlic guajillo bowl and requested brown rice, fajita vegetables, a mix of black and pinto beans, as well as all the salsas, sour cream, and cheese. Unfortunately, I only received the meat, rice, beans, and vegetables, but none of the salsas, sour cream, or cheese. I spent $18, and the meal was not what I expected at all. I tried calling the store and the customer service number, but I couldn't reach a representative. I'm really disappointed; the food is usually quite good, but this experience was frustrating. It would be helpful to have a way to speak with someone directly.
