Consistency is key. Even though each store sources locally, and may get ingredients from different places, they always maintain their consistent sensibility with the recipes that they use. No two bowls are ever the same because of this butthe flavor is always consistent. This is why I like chipotle.

I only rec... read more Ordered the new garlic guajillo bowl, I asked for brown rice, fajita vegetables, 1/2 black 1/2 pinto beans, all of the salsas, sour cream and cheese. I only received the meat, rice, beans, vegetables none of the salsa, sour cream or cheese. I spent $18and the meal was not what I wanted. I tried calling the store and the customer service number, I was not able to even speak to arepresentative. I am so disappointed, the food is usually very good but this was so bad. It would be nice if there was a way totalk to someone.

The chips are almost always stale and the food just isn’t as good as the many other Chipotle restaurants I have ate at. It’s a shame this is the closest chipotle to me because it is my least favorite. Ifyou can make the drive 100% go to the one in the Arlington Ridge Plaza in green.

MULTIPLE times i have went there and they’ve been missing several items. they’ve not had cheese, guacamole, lettuce, napkins, sour cream, knives, chips, forks, the list goes on and on. as a result ofthis, they’re losing customers. it’s absolutely outrageous. this location is creating SUCH a bad reputation for Chipotle.pull it together Chipotle.

The employees were both friend... read more This Chipotle is very clean, and all the staff are wearing masks. The lunch rush moves swiftly. I enjoyed a tasty veggie burrito. The employees were both friendly and efficient. Overall, it's an excellent Chipotle, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
