It looks nothing from the outside but it is a gem. from the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness. The decore is very simple, you sit down looking out at the beach and sea and feel very nestled in from the wind and elements. The menu is mostly gluten and lactose free. The waiter will ask you if you have any food allergies. I had the croquettes de Choco which were divine, Calamari, Adobo and Gallo. I did visit 3 times. Each dish was tasty. El Refugio it was a fantastic discover: we asked for advice on how to eat tun. we received three different courses, all very good and never tried before. We ate also a dessert and two beers and also the bill was very good €55 for two people! The always very thoughtful service from Alexandro and the smile of Begli Occhi .
