Welcoming and clean. Friendly, helpful, and fast. Really good food with quality ingredients, excellent sandwiches and beers. Vegan and celiac friendly too. The only small flaw is the noise level; there was a rugby match on and the place was packed, which is normal in this case. However, we were able to chat, and in a normal situation, that's more than acceptable. Perhaps a little thought for the future; sound-absorbing panels would definitely improve, but it's just a small detail.
