They said in the menu , the whitefish was swimm... read more We went to this restaurant the end of August on our vacation. The waitstaff was excellent! The food not so much. They said in the menu , the whitefish was swimming in Lake Superior the day before it was served. Sure didn’t taste like it. Whitefish is to be firm moist when you eat it. This was not. They also left the skin on the backside of the fish when serving it. I think restrained to remove the skin of the fish before serving it. I got a mouth full of whitefish skin. YUCK. I won’t be back.
