Hampton Inn Harbor - Bar Harbor

This is a follow-up to a complaint I had during my stay this past Saturday (10/15/22). I have not heard from anyone from the Hotel or Hilton as of yet. I was the guest that had the odor in the room and the front desk associate told me he would charge me triple to put me in another room.Rooms: 1/5

Not the cleanest room ever, but certainly far from the dirtyest! The room was a decent home base for us during our trip to the Harbor Bar. We haven't spent much time in the room. We had great weather, so spent as much time as possible outside to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to sleep a good night. The location was not right in the thickness of things, and the building could use a bit of a facelift, but it was good for what it is. Next time we try one of the cozy inns.

We knew we wouldn't spend much time at the hotel, so we just wanted a clean, decent place to stay, that was cheap. Bar Harbor is expensive and this place fits the bill. Nothing to write home, but it fits our needs. Clean and great location to the Acadia National Park entrance where we spent most of the time. It was nice to see Hirsche right in front of the hotel.

We loved our stay here. Everything felt brand new and was the perfect place for our trip to Acadia. Great breakfast, and they always had delicious pastries and coffee/tea from all day. The staff was very friendly. Both indoor and outdoor pools were in good condition and they had a beautiful backyard where our children ran around.

Great hotel, fantastic location within minutes from the city of Bar Harbor and Acadia. Pleasant staff, beautiful pool with whirlpool, clean. We were 5 days in summer wedding, hotel was full, but never felt crowded. Standard hot breakfast with some decent products. Great view of the sea when you walk around the back, some rooms have a sea view with terrace (our not). But overall the location makes it convenient to all Bar Harbor
