Choco-latte - Bar Harbor
Choco-latte
Description
Located in Bar Harbor, this quaint coffee shop offers a delightful range of beverages and food that has garnered mixed reviews. Diners rave about the exceptional bagel sandwiches, avocado toast, and gourmet coffees, particularly the iced Maple Oat Latte and Mexican hot chocolate, noting the drinks’ perfect balance of flavors. However, some experiences were marred by long wait times and an underwhelming quesadilla. While the atmosphere is cozy and the staff generally friendly, cleanliness issues have been reported. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant remains a popular choice for breakfast and lunch in this quiet town during the winter months.

Fantastic place to enjoy delicious latte in a laid back cafe atmosphere. We're quiet happy to find a cafe that we can actually sit inside in Bar Harbor! Their vanilla maple latte with oat milk was one of the best lattes I've ever had, the flavors weresubtle which I like. We went there a little before noon and their bagels were sold out so would recommend getting there early ifyou want to try them.
Great shop. We loved the coffee and also the breakfast burritos. Service was quick and prices were in point. I love the self serve drip coffee. I was impressed they had a selection of milks out to add to your own coffee. Great idea!
Very good iced and drip coffee. Pumpkin syrup was amazing. Bagels were very good, but they were out of veggie meat so I opted for the ?avocado? substitution in its place. Unfortunately it was premade guacamole which is a bit different than avocado, and abit messy. Was still filling, but wasn?t looking to eat guacamole that early in the morning!!
The espresso was under extracted and lacked crema. Shame considering the wonderful 3 group Aurelia Wave they had at the shop. The house hot chocolate was good however, and the staff were friendly. Would try again in the future.
