But I found my little escape route from that bad national experience in this homemade restaurant in Baqueira, familiar, friendly when the masses are not invading them and where, oh surprise! you eat well. For me, a sausage is one of the best in the valley, some lentils that take away your tiredness, some reasonable pizzas, an Aranese stew for those under 50 years old... etc. And all this on a sunny terrace with a good post-ski family atmosphere. And finally; Don't even think about not leaving a tip. In this bar they are at war against digital payments or not, which never have a monetary detail And I am with them, because they deserve it.
