I am visiting the area from the west coast. But I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts because you have to have east coast Dunkin'. At 1st the person at the register got my order wrong. But when I came back and asked them to fix it they were so kind about it and they actually made the coffees better than any other coffee I had ever had. This is one of the worst Dunkin ' stores. The part-time workers are incredibly rude and they never make my coffee as I order it. The taste is different every day even when I order the same menu item. It was very creamy on my tongue at first but as I bit the bagel the seasoning and flavor came out! Great pricing guys! They just need more staff!
I ordered a donut and a loaded hash brown. NO GLOVES WERE WORN. WHY are the workers grabbing bacon and hash brown bare handed and serving it!? Why are they grabbing donuts with no gloves and serving it? They touch so many surfaces, so much cross contamination it's disgusting. I can only imagine how many people have or will get sick due to the employees lack of following health and safety standards. For being located in a nice town I'm disappointed.
I ordered and paid for 25 munchkins but was only given 15.
