Bank House is conveniently situated near the ferry landing, making it easy to find. However, the only positive aspect of this restaurant is its location. The outdoor seating is pleasant during the summer months, but the menu is limited due to the remote location. All dishes are cooked from frozen and served with chips. I had a fantastic experience at this pub on Whiddy Island. The staff were extremely friendly and I enjoyed a delicious pint of Guinness. The outdoor seating offered stunning views of Bantry Bay. Although the food menu was limited, I still highly recommend this place and am already looking forward to my next visit to Whiddy!
A huge thank you to Kathleen, Tim, Christine and Shirley for looking after us so well at a recent family event. I highly recommend this place for a family get together.
