Die Vorspeisen waren... read more Das Konzept ist aus Vapiano & Co. bestens bekannt: bestelle am Tresen, hole dann ab. Die Pizza war für das Format sehr gut, die Pasta auch. Die Vorspeisen waren fast komplett "aus der Dose", die Nachspeisen und Getränke sind verhältnismäßig teuer. Es gab gute Livemusik und sehr freundliche Bedienung aus Polen, was gegenüber der typischen Kundenorientierung auf Usedom ein Vorteil sein dürfte! Wenn man mit Kids unterwegs ist, dann weiß man diese etwas technischen aber eben gut funktionierenden Läden zu schätzen. Unterm Strich wirds nicht wirklich billig aber dafür direkt an der Promenade und entspannt zwanglos: die Kids können laufen und es geht fix. Passt!

Wir haben bestellt und abgeholt, ging alles reibungslos. Preislich top.Natürlich eine andere Art Lokal (Selbstbedienung) als sonst in Bansin.Aber wer lieber in Lokalen isst, die von der Ausstattung und Essen in den 80er üblich waren, ist hier sicherlich falsch aufgehoben.

Ich habe eine einfache Pizza Magerita bestellt, die kam ohne Tomaten! Dafür mit getrockneten Basilikum und geriebenen Morzerella... Einfach nur schlecht, ohne jegliche liebe zum Essen... Ein Trauerspiel! Kein Wunder das dieses Lokal so leer ist...

Crouton bigger than big green Oliver as filling. And covered with chicken. At least it was edible. It nicely covered up the miserable salad. And we got this crap twice. We were wondering why the salad suddenly came into deep soup bowls and there weren't 4 slices of garlic bread with fresh garlic on the edge. The waitress was completely overwhelmed when asked. There was Polish swearing at the bar. But not on the chef. Shift manager and boss addressed on site. Both were of the opinion that the salad had to be like that. Boldly lied to your face. Red cabbage as filling material. An absolute disgrace. Went there twice and ate the same salad and it was the Caesar salad as it should be. A blatant rip off. Pizza was ok but not great either. 3*. Pasta Goronzola spinach sauce came with spaghetti even though ordered differently. Servicektaft also lied here that we wanted it that way. At least food was exchanged here. 3* for this. My recommendation to the boss and shift manager on site. Simply admit mistakes and remedy the situation. Word of brazen rip offs is also spreading among tourists.
