Whenever I come here and have the tasmanic salmon fillet, I always ask that it has cooked medium to return because it is still moist and juicy so
Fun restaurant where you can sit ‘in a train’. I ordered the rindfleischburger and my partner got the chicken carving. standard prices and portions are large, the carving my partner became massiw. I enjoyed my burger with ei and speck on it. the chips were also nice.
Definitiw not impressed. After waiting for me to eat, I decided that I had enough and went to talk to the chef to find that none of my meals were made. they tried to compensate by offering a free garlic cheese pizza, but was that really enough to get rid of very bad service? it was also a Mother's Day event. the food itself was not so pleasant, I had to share the seafood tasting platter, quite unseasonal. the steak itself was soft, but unlike that, not great at all. will not come back.

Lovely dining area, set in a train station. Had the shared seafood plate with calamari, octopus moreton bay bugs, prawns and flathead fillets. Not bad (especially the octopus which were really tender) but not sure about battering and deep frying prawns (shell on) and the bugs. The restaurant bar was great value pure blondes for $5.
