This is the worst McDonald’s in Bay City, Michigan. They sure know how to make a rainy day, even rainier. Yesterday they decided to go ahead and throw some caramel and vanilla shake without permission.. It was disgusting wouldn’t even drink it, The messed up part is, the lady literally asked me what my drink was, and then came back with it with a smile on her face. This is the worst McDonald’s in Bay City, Michigan. They sure know how to make a rainy day, even rainier. Yesterday they decided to go ahead and throw some caramel and vanilla shake without permission.. It was disgusting wouldn’t even drink it, The messed up part is, the lady literally asked me what my drink was, and then came back with it with a smile on her face. Today I go in there and place an order, hoping Yesterday was just a simple mistake.. They give me old fries that taste like cardboard and you literally have to chew them like steak.. My food is cold. I don’t even wanna eat it anymore. This is. Outrageous!!!
Friendly staff and food made to order as it should be... Will continue to go to this location.
