I've had an issue with the online ordering not showing the restaurant my removal request for nuts. The manager (Conrad) called to apologize and let us what was happening with that which was very much appreciated. He gave a recommendation on how to order in the future so we could make sure the kitchen knows about our allergy which was super helpful because Applebee's is my boyfriend and I'd favorite place to get food... Overall a good place. Ok selection of beer. I had a prime rib dip, but the meat was really over done brown throughout which made it dry and not much flavor. My wife had a quesadilla burger and is was very good. View all feedback.

Curbside associate very unprofessional asking for a tip. Forgot A bag and then get home to brown salad
Dinner was great! Service was exceptional. It was a nice break while driving up north
