The manager (Conrad) called to apologize and let us what was happening with that which was very much appreciated. He gave a recommendation on how to order in the future so we could make sure the kitchen knows about our allergy which was super helpful because Applebee's is my boyfriend and I'd favorite place to get food... What Andrew Laymon doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Overall a good place. Ok selection of beer. I had a prime rib dip, but the meat was really over done brown throughout which made it dry and not much flavor. My wife had a quesadilla burger and is was very good. View all feedback.
The only restaurant I ever left and me and my daughter were still hungry still cost me money to eat well off to buy more food from somewhere else cuz we didn't eat this

Anyways the online system error sucks but it's really nice to know that the managers at this place genuinely care about issues like this and are so passionate about it.
Don't know why, but every time I go to this location they mess up my order. Ordered steak medium well, it came out WELL WELL...
Curbside associate very unprofessional asking for a tip. Forgot A bag and then get home to brown salad
Dinner was great! Service was exceptional. It was a nice break while driving up north
