It's been 6 years since I last visited this restaurant, and I'm pleased to say it's improved a lot! I ordered online for pickup, and my order was ready in about 20 minutes. I really appreciated the option to order online! I'll definitely be returning, as the staff were friendly and cheerful! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
This place is a disaster. The employees seem more focused on when their shift ends than on providing service. To make matters worse, it's hardly ever open! The sign says they close at 7 PM, but in the last three days, I've gone by at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 6:30 PM, and it's been shut every time. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to eat! They either need to get their act together or just close down for good. View all feedback.
Amazing personal. I visit this subway quite often (6 times a week, if not anymore). when I go, they know my order and my name. they keep it personal and it is so great feeling to know that even though they can see 100 people on a day, they remember their customers. for some of his only one job, but not for these youngs. they give her everything and it shows in the quality of food and service. a phenomenal location.
This place is a dump. Not only are the staff worried more about when they can LEAVE, THE PLACE IS NEVER OPEN! It says 7p on the door. The last 3 days we have walked down at 5p, 6p, and 630p and it has been closed. It is so infuriating when you are starving!! This place needs to close or get their s* in order!!!
Bread is soggy, lettuce is old and starting to turn brown. Pretty disgusting honestly.
They never have any sweet or unsweetened tea made, the don't have subway soups or cookies. The staff is slow. Ordered a foot long spicy toasted was left in the oven. And 2 customers sandwich he's were made before mine was touched. Which didn't happen until I asked where my sandwich was, girl looked confused and surprised and asked oh you wanted veggies in that. I replied umm yeah! And they allowed a customer to yell at me with profanities in front of my downs syndrome friend!!!!
I have been to other subways and I think this subway needs a lot of work on the people skills sorry but I was not happy at all
