Starbucks - Bangor

I went yesterday (05/12/2021) to this starbucks location, located inside of the Bangor Target. I ordered my drink (dragon drink) and I received another person's drink. I am not impressed by the service here. I also purchased the color changing marble cups and they came with no plastic over the straws, which is extremely unsanitary. The Starbucks on the Bangor Mall Blvd. always sells their cups with the plastic covering. The Starbucks inside of the Bangor Target also limits the amount of cups you can buy, which is extremely unreasonable! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back and neither will my friends/family!

I am a big fan of Dieucks coffee, but I have visited this place a few times. However, the last time I went, my coffee spilled into the overflowing trash bin after just one sip. I will not be coming back to this place. Additionally, the organization behind the counter is very chaotic.

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. It's truly the best of the best. Make sure to try the cake pops! Highly recommended.

This location is terrible, just like the two teenage girls who made me wait 20 minutes for two drinks with no other customers in line. The management seems unsure of how to effectively manage their employees' time. Clearly, this establishment needs adult supervision to ensure efficient service, instead of employees sitting around on their phones while customers wait. Hopefully, the responsible employee will be fired soon. The service is unacceptable.

They were open, but drew the line on my order, took the dame before me, but not me. they said they were closed, but it was 3.5 hours before the displayed closing time. ?
