The Sunday all you can eat scallop was cooked good but they sliced the sea scallops into thinner slices so that when my 10 year old son saw his plate he asked me, mom, where 're the rest of the scallops?” How’d they get them so skinny? I had to try my hardest not to laugh out loud. He noticed the difference between what he named the “skinny kevlan scallops vs. what he called the normal sized ones we had the previous Friday night at Governor 's restaurant.
...my son asked me, "Where are the rest of the scallops?" The Sunday all-you-can-eat scallops were cooked well, but they had sliced the sea scallops into very thin pieces. When my 10-year-old son saw his plate, he was curious and asked me, “Mom, where are the rest of the scallops?” I couldn't help but chuckle at his observation. He pointed out the difference between what he called the "skinny scallops" and the regular-sized ones we had enjoyed the previous Friday night at Governor's restaurant.
