It's very important to be aware of celiac disease and cross-contamination concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free carving option available!

This restaurant is on the expensive side, but it offers a generous selection of gluten-free options if you're in the mood to indulge. The menu features classic cheese fondue, served with lovely gluten-free bread, apples, and pickles, as well as a carving station and even a Black Forest cake for dessert—though the cream-to-cake ratio was a bit off for my taste. Other choices include rösti and pickerel. They also have a gluten-free burger available for kids, complete with a bun. While there isn't a dedicated fryer, their fried potatoes are definitely worth a try. The service was outstanding.

Simple, delicious...not sure what else you'd expect. If you're coming here for the desserts you're wasting your efforts, . You're here for the German style ambiance and food, just order an extra scooner in-lieu of the dessert, thank me later. Plenty of other dessert places around town.

I really enjoy the pub section of this place. It's a welcoming atmosphere with sports on the screens. The staff is fantastic, and the bartenders craft excellent drinks, including a proper whiskey sour. If the weather is nice, definitely take a look at the patio — the views are amazing!

The establishment has a pub area located downstairs and a restaurant area upstairs. I wasn't aware that the pub offered a sausage platter, but when I inquired about it in the restaurant, our waitress informed us that they could also serve it upstairs, which was great! The pub also features chicken wings and bratwurst, but I didn’t ask about those options. We decided to order the schnitzel topped with cheese. Both the sausage platter and schnitzel were prepared excellently. The pretzel was fantastic, and the mustard that accompanied it was a delightful touch. For dessert, I had to try the black forest cake, which was quite distinctive and loaded with whipped cream. The apple strudel was also divine. Each dessert was quite large, so sharing one between two people would be a good idea. Our waitress, Julie, was wonderful—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly experienced. I would definitely return in a heartbeat!
