The Cob... read more I would have given this restaurant 5 stars if I could. My husband and I ordered the vegan Cobb salad, the grilled tofu bowl, and the sweet potato fries. The Cobb salad had delicious strips of marinated tofu and pumpkin seeds, making it a hearty salad. It is rare to find well-marinated tofu, but this place gets it right! The tofu strips had a firm texture and a slightly bacon-like flavor. The salad dressing was tasty, although I found it a bit too much while my husband thought it was perfect. The grilled tofu bowl was also delicious and filling, with seasoned quinoa and marinated grilled tofu resembling chicken breast. The sweet potato fries were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was modern and pleasant, with a clean and minimalistic look.

However, this may have changed since previous reviews. The menu featured a vegan Cobb salad, possibly another salad, and a tantalizing veggie burger. I opted for the vegan Cobb salad and was extremely impressed by its flavors. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the mountains and comfortable outdoor seating.

However, this may have changed since previous reviews. They did offer a vegan Cobb salad, another salad option, and a tasty-sounding veggie burger. I opted for the vegan Cobb salad and found it to be excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the mountains and offers lovely outdoor seating.
